With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a strong foundation in Business Administration, Baby Lloyd brings more than a decade of diverse professional experience to WEdothetalk. She spent nearly 12 years in the hotel industry, mastering service, operations, and management, and later served as an Executive Assistant for six years, providing high-level support. For almost a decade, she has also worked as a Freelance Project In-Charge and Safety Officer, managing projects with dedication and precision. Since October 2021, Baby Lloyd has been part of the Human Resources field, growing from HR & Payroll Assistant to People & Culture Manager, where she leads with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to empowering people and fostering a positive workplace culture.
