With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, Joseline began her career as a Secretary and Payroll Clerk in a knitting and garments factory, where she spent five years mastering payroll processing and administrative functions. In 2006, she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit as a mompreneur, successfully running her own business while balancing family life.
Her journey with WEdothetalk started in 2019, when she became one of the pioneering scholars of WEdodemy. Soon after, she joined the company as a Virtual Assistant – Payroll. Currently, Joseline proudly serves as People Operations & Finance Manager, where she brings her expertise in payroll management, accuracy, and organizational support—helping drive efficiency and growth across the WEdothetalk ecosystem.
