A proud DOST-SEI Scholar and graduate of Southern Luzon State College (now Southern Luzon State University) with a Diploma in Industrial Technology, Major in Electrical, Richie started her career in a Japanese manufacturing firm where she honed discipline and precision for almost five years. She later transitioned to the BPO industry as a Sales Executive, thriving for another five years and gaining a deep understanding of customer engagement and business growth.
In April 2010, she entered the digital world by becoming a freelancer on an online platform, and by 2012, she had begun building her own team of freelancers. What started as a solo journey of perseverance and passion evolved into a vision much greater than herself.
In 2019, Richie officially registered WEdothetalk, which has now grown into a thriving 3-pillar ecosystem: WEdothetalk (digital outsourcing & customer engagement), WEdodemy (training & mentorship for freelancers and business owners), and SysTechVana (customized automation & SaaS solutions). And from there, the rest is history.
